Anne Winters Munyan

November 20, 1943 – January 28, 2026

Anne Winters Munyan, a longtime resident of West Deptford, NJ, passed away peacefully on January 28, 2026.

Anne was born in Woodbury, NJ, on November 20, 1942, to the late Frank and Dorothy (Colgan) Winters and was raised in Darby, PA.  She attended Blessed Virgin Mary grade school and graduated from Archbishop Prendergast High    School in 1961.

Anne enjoyed a successful career as a Case Worker with Gloucester County Social Services, retiring in 2011.  She was a longtime member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Woodbury, NJ, and frequently attended Mass at St. Matthew's Church in National Park, NJ. Anne loved being at the beach, especially down at the Jersey shore watching the sunsets in Cape May.  She enjoyed dining out and loved trying new restaurants.  One of her favorite past times was working on her Sudoku puzzles.

Anne was predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Dave Munyan.  She is survived by her son, David; her daughter, Denise (Fred); grandchildren Jessica, David, Gregory, Dylan and James; great-grandchildren, Macklyn and Zane; and siblings, Dolores (Jamie), Bobby (Karen), Barbara (James), and Karen (Anthony); and several nephews and nieces.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, 11:00 A.M. at St. Patrick's Church, 64 Cooper Street, Woodbury, NJ  08096.  Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Anne's memory may be made to The Padre Pio Prayer Center, 1527 Church Street, Philadelphia, PA  19124, under the name Province of St. Augustine.
