Elizabeth E. Burt Elizabeth E. Burt (Betty) passed away early Sunday morning May 27, 2012 at Underwood Memorial Hospital Woodbury NJ with her devoted husband and family by her side. Betty was born to Harry and Rebecca Getty {nee Frampton} in Gibbstown N.J. on January 8, 1927 where she lived her entire life to the age of 85 . Betty met and grew up with her childhood friend and classmate Frederick T. Burt who later became her sweetheart that she married in December 1944. Their union brought them two boys;four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Betty would enjoy riding her bike in her younger years ; gardening, sewing; cooking and keeping a meticulously clean home. Betty is survived by her husband Frederick T. Burt; two sons Frederick and James (Diane) Burt both of Gibbstown; two sisters Ruth Sindoni; Anna Burt both of Gibbstown; four grandchildren Sherri; Rochelle; Jaime; Freddy; two great-grandchildren Brian and Jordan and pre-deaceased by a sister Emma Maurer. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Friday 11:00 AM where friends may call after 10:00AM at the Adams-Stiefel Funeral Home 203 W. Broad Street Paulsboro. Interment will be at Eglington Cemetery Clarksboro, NJ.
