Jacqueline Harriet Brown

Jacqueline Harriet Brown (Polimeno), 74, of West Deptford, died August 4, 2019 while
surrounded by her loving family.

Jacqui was born May 28, 1945, in Philadelphia, PA to Joseph and Margaret Polimeno (Bitting).
She attended Woodbury High School then married and began her family immediately after
graduation. She loved going to the casinos with her husband, Frank where they regularly announced her entrance by saying, "Jacqui Brown, in the house!" Jacqui loved to travel and visited many places in the United States throughout her life, the cherry on top being a cross-country trip with Frank in 2017.

Jacqui enjoyed nothing more than her family. She delighted in the idea of bringing her delicious
potato salad and amazing brownies (with and without nuts!) to every family party. No one will be able to recreate her turkey gravy and the intensity with which she made it. When she wasn't
making amazing food to bring to her family, she was taking them to the beach to go on rides and play the arcade games. With her amazing skills she learned from the casino, she eventually earned VIP status in one of the best-known arcades on the boardwalk! She was a very social butterfly, and would talk to anyone anywhere, making new friends and impacting many people's lives everywhere she goes; if she didn't tease you at least once, that meant she didn't like you!

Jacqui is survived by her loving husband Francis, her daughters Lisa Hoffman (Joe) and Kathleen Edelstein (Steve). She is blessed to also be survived by 5 grandchildren Rosa Tees (Bob), Jacqueline DeGrazia (Steve), Salvatore DeGrazia (Maurisa), Frances and Louis Edelstein. She also was a great grandmother to Guisephine DeGrazia and Quinn Tees.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Thursday August 8, 2019 10:00-11:00AM at Infant Jesus Parish at Saint Margaret's RC Church, 845 Third St. Woodbury Hts. NJ 08097, with her Mass of Christian burial starting at 11:00 am.  Entombment will follow in New Saint Mary's Cemetery Bellmawr NJ.
