Roy J. Hunt Roy J. Hunt 80, of Paulsboro died on March 23, 2012 at home with his family by his side. Roy was born in Sunset, TX and has resided in Paulsboro for 51 years. He served in the US Army and retired from Rice & Holman Company of Pennsauken with 35 years of service as a heavy equipment mechanic. Roy was a member of Paulsboro Fire Company; NJ Exempt Fireman Association; Paulsboro Sportsman Club; and St. Paul's United Methodist Church of Paulsboro. Beloved husband of the late Alice nee {Oberholtzer} and father of the late Davis Hunt and Cheryl Elliott. Survived by his sons Leroy of Paulsboro; Tim of Albury, TX; a daughters Patricia of Paulsboro; a brother Elmer; 4 sisters Georgie McClure; Billy Doris Vandevenper; Oleda Sanlis; Velva Freeman; 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral services Wednesday 11:00 AM at the Adams-Stiefel Funeral Home 203 West Broad Street, Paulsboro, NJ where friends may call after 10:00 AM.
