William L. Nebel

William L. Nebel of Westville went home on June 20, 2017 surrounded by his family at the age of 84. Born on August 27, 1932, Bill was raised in Maple Shade, NJ, along with his 3 brothers {Ted, Dick, Harry} and his 2 sisters {Carol and Doris}. Bill met the love of his life Clare and married in August 20, 1960. Together they raised 5 children William {Patti}; Michael {Sherry}; David {Jackie};  Terry {Ray}; Jessica {Frank}; 12 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

He was a hard working man who provided well for his very large family. Bill enjoyed fishing with his sons and taking a lazy Sunday drive with his wife Clare to the shore or local farmers markets. His favorite holiday was Christmas which is when all his family gathered to celebrate. In his final days Bill loved to sit in his recliner with his dog Rosie by his side. He will be truly missed.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Celebration of Life on Sunday July 2, 2017, 12:00 noon at the Ellis-Stiefel Funeral Home 301 Highland Ave., Westville, NJ with a service at 2:00 pm .
